Peel the mangoes, remove seeds and cut flesh into slices. Peel the oranges and blood oranges and divide them into segments. Peel the lemons and cut them into thin slices. Cut the apples - unpeeled - in pieces. Divide the vegetables between four plates. Cut the pepper into rings. Mix the ginger shreds with ginger syrup, the lemon juice and pepper and spread this mixture over the fruit on the plates.
